RADIOHEAD The Bends LP

Released in 1995, The Bends is the classic second studio album from Radiohead. The record saw the band move away from the grunge-influenced style of their debut, Pablo Honey, incorporating cryptic lyrics, greater use of keyboards and more abrasive guitar tracks. It produced five charting singles: My Iron Lung, High and Dry, Fake Plastic Trees, Just and Radiohead's first top-five UK single, Street Spirit (Fade Out). Widely viewed as the band's first classic, The Bends is regularly cited among the finest records of the '90s - and indeed of all time.
